Dr. Krystle Dove
Dr. Krystle Dove is the founder and CEO behind Dove Youthology Aesthetic Institute, with an aesthetic eye for creating natural, artful body contouring tailored to each client’s desired results. She is a Board-Certified Doctoral Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of Emergency Medicine and Surgical Trauma experience, serving communities across North Carolina in hospital-based medicine.
Dr. Dove is a graduate of both the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro School of Nursing. Prior to advancing her nursing career, she graduated from North Carolina State University in Microbiology and Genetics and contributed to Oncology Research through publications and presentations.
Throughout her career, she has remained passionate about research-based medicine through collaborations in Emergency Medicine scholarly presentations, continuing education scholarships, HRSA digital scholarship initiatives, and hospital-based policy development focused on evidence-based patient care.
As the creator of Dove Youthology Aesthetic Institute, Dr. Dove is devoted to providing high-quality aesthetic services through advanced techniques and a personalized approach. The institute was founded with the vision of creating a premier medical spa that serves diverse individuals while mastering skincare essentials for skin of color.

Dr. Brooke Williams
Dr. Brooke Williams serves as one of Dove Youthology Aesthetic Institute's medical practitioner, offering select clinical support in wellness and aesthetic services. A trusted physician with a patient-centered approach, Dr. Williams lends her distinguished clinical expertise to support the highest standards of care and medical excellence.
Beyond her advisory role, she is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine specialist, Board-Certified Obesity Medicine physician, and Hospitalist based in North Carolina. She is also the co-founder of Color of Medicine, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting diversity in medicine and STEM fields.
Her advocacy for cultural competency and healthcare equity extends to her role on the medical review board for Prevention & Good Housekeeping Magazine, along with contributions as a medical professional for Glamour Magazine. Through her work, Dr. Williams continues shaping a more inclusive healthcare landscape while supporting a thoughtful approach to health and beauty.
