Dr. Krystle Dove is the mastermind behind the creation of ​Dove Youthology Aesthetic Institute. Founder and CEO, with ​an aesthetic eye to create natural and artful body ​contouring for each client’s desirable result. She is a ​Board-Certified Doctoral Nurse Practitioner with over 15 ​years of Emergency Medicine and Surgical Trauma ​experience. She has served as a Doctoral prepared Nurse ​Practitioner in hospital-based medicine caring for various ​communities in North Carolina. Graduate of the School of ​Nursing for both the University of North Carolina at Chapel ​Hill and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Before advancing her career within the nursing profession, ​Dr. Krystle Dove was a graduate of North Carolina State ​University in Microbiology and Genetics. She has worked in ​Oncology Research with prior oncology-based publications ​and presentations. Throughout her nursing career, she has ​continued her passion for research-based medicine with ​various collaborations in Emergency Medicine scholarly ​presentations, co-author of varied continuing education ​scholarships submitted to the North Carolina Nurses ​Association, co-author of digital scholarships for the US ​Department of Health and Human Services (HRSA) grants, ​and served on various hospital-based committees for ​policy and procedure developments to foster evidence-​based practices for optimized patient care outcomes.

In her role, as creator of Dove Youthology Aesthetic ​Institute, she is devoted to providing a wide range of high-​quality aesthetic services with combined advanced ​techniques and a personalized approach. Dove Youthology ​Aesthetic Institute was pioneered with the vision of ​creating a premier medical spa that caters to various ​individuals while mastering the skincare essentials for skin ​of color.
