• Appointment Policy

We highly recommend scheduling your appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time. You can book appointments through our website, by calling us, or in person at our institute.

1. A valid credit card may be required to secure your appointment.
2. Please arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid inconveniencing other clients.
3. New clients are kindly asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment to complete necessary intake forms.
4. You will receive an appointment confirmation via email or text message. Please review this carefully and notify us of any discrepancies as soon as possible.

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. Although we aim to complete your entire session within the allotted time, tardiness of more than 10 minutes could result in rescheduling. For detailed information on fees, please consult our cancellation policy

• Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes adjustments are necessary. At Dove Youthology Aesthetic Institute, we have a 48 hour Cancellation / No Show Policy in place to ensure clients can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our providers’ time. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $75.00.

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notification ("no-shows") will be charged 25% of scheduled service price.

We respect our Providers’ time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow the DYAI team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future clients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy. Dove Youthology Aesthetic Institute reserves the right to modify or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or staff emergencies. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you in advance and reschedule your appointment at your earliest convenience.

• Payment Policy

We accept the following forms of payment for your convenience:

4. FSA and HSA credit cards
5. Cash (please inquire about any limitations)

Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment. For certain packages or treatments, a deposit may be required upon booking. All prices for services and products are subject to change without prior notice.

• Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure you are delighted with your experience at Dove Youthology Aesthetic Institute.

Services: Due to the personalized nature and time allocated for our services, refunds for completed treatments are generally not provided. However, if you experience dissatisfaction with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will do our utmost to address your concerns and find a suitable resolution.

Products: Unopened and unused retail products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided you have the original receipt. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products are non-refundable.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Children Policy

To maintain a serene and safe environment for all our clients, and considering the nature of our treatments and equipment, we kindly request that children under the age of 13 are not brought to the institute unless they have a scheduled appointment and are accompanied by a non-treating adult. For their safety and the comfort of others, children are not permitted in treatment rooms unless they are the client receiving the service.

• Pet Policy

For the health and safety of all our clients and staff, and out of consideration for potential allergies, pets are generally not permitted within the premises of Dove Youthology Aesthetic Institute. Certified service animals, as defined by applicable law, are welcome. Please inform us in advance if you will be accompanied by a service animal.
